Key Responsibilities:

Leverage your expertise in OTA functions and electronic modules to elevate user experience across our products, ensuring a seamless end-to-end journey.

Develop, illustrate, and present wireframes, visual designs, storyboards, and prototypes to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Facilitate collaborative sessions, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members.

Tackle UI/UX challenges, including responsiveness, and produce high-quality design solutions.

Actively contribute to design strategy and UX research, providing guidance on methodologies to anticipate user needs and behaviors.

Work autonomously and collaboratively, approaching roadblocks with innovative, pragmatic solutions.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 5 years in UI/UX design, with a history of collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Technical Background: Strong knowledge in UX/UI design principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools; familiarity with vehicle-related development processes is a plus.

Mindset: Customer-centric with an analytical, structured approach to work.

Work Style: Agile experience preferred; excellent communication and team-oriented skills are essential.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
