Created in 2022, the Growth Group unifies our business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams. By bringing together global tech and commercial functions, the Growth Group allows us to fully leverage data and drive digital transformation and organic growth for AB InBev around the world.

In addition to supporting well known global beer brands like Corona, Budweiser and Michelob Ultra, the Growth Group is home to a robust suite of digital products including our B2B digital commerce platform BEES, on-demand delivery services Ze Delivery and TaDa Delivery, and table top beer keg PerfectDraft.

We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

Key Responsabilities:

·   Data access: Define security and access control standards, design and management of user roles and permissions, custom user groups and workflows

·   Data Stewardship: Develop onboarding procedures for projects

·   Data Policies: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the data security policies, procedures, and standards.

·   Data Compliance: Ensure adherence of Internal and External Audit actions Plan. Also to data privacy regulations, such as LGPD and GDPR, Finantials such as SOX and Anti-trust

·   Data Classification: Contribute and enable data classification and data tagging

·   Data Governance KPIs: Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements

·   Data Governance Framework: Design and maintain a data governance framework, including data classification, data access controls, and data life cycle management.

Qualifications:

·   Experience: 5+ years of experience in data governance, data privacy, or data security roles, with a focus on process automation.

·   Technical Skills:

·        Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., LGPD, GDPR) and financial compliance standards (e.g., SOX).

·        Experience with data classification, tagging, data lifecycle management, and process automation tools.

·        Familiarity with access control mechanisms, including role-based access control (RBAC) and user permissions management.

·        Experience in implementing and managing process automation solutions.

·   Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, design automated solutions, and implement effective data governance strategies.

·   Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data governance and automation concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
