What you?ll do 




  • Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams in the delivery of technological solutions.




  • Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams.




  • Manage project schedules, resources, and deliveries to meet business objectives.




  • Keep the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product areas.




  • Identify, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans.




  • Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.




 


What you?ll need  




  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in agile environments.




  • Previous experience in technology, especially in software development.




  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.




  • Experience in managing project schedules, resources, and deliveries.




  • Ability to identify and proactively manage project risks.




  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and Lean practices.




  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.




  • Proactivity to continuously seek improvements and innovation.




Preferred Qualifications:




  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development (MBA/Mastering is a plus).




  • Project management certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.).




  • Ability for servant leadership and experience in mentoring teams.
