Requirements 



  • Experience in N2 / Field Service support; 
  • Experience in user support and in opening calls via telephone, e-mail or face-to-face; 
  • Experience in providing support and diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems on workstations; 
  • Experience in Operating Systems; 
  • Experience in supporting the Windows system (any version); 
  • Knowledge of networks, hardware and software; 
  • Knowledge of productivity tools (e.g. Office package); 
  • Knowledge of remote access tools; 
  • Knowledge of service levels (SLA, TMA, TME, etc);
  • Availability to work on site in Wednesdays, once a week (Cajamar/SP). 

Responsabilities 



  • Trilingual customer service (Portuguese, English and Spanish), level 2, through calls, teams, e-mails and the ZenDesk customer service tool for internal and external customers; 
  • Resolving incidents related to problems with SKF applications; 
  • Analyzing application logs and querying SQL databases to assess the root cause of the problem;
  • Applying scripts to resolve data and application configuration problems; 
  • Interaction with SKF product teams to resolve bugs and advanced problems;
  • Publishing application databases in the SKF cloud structure and supporting the installation of On Prem systems;
  • Monitoring of Windows services and cloud application infrastructure and corrective actions to re-establish essential services for the operation;
  • Developing support materials and procedures;
  • Meeting with clients to understand needs (requirements), integration processes (Modbus, API and OPC-UA) and discussions on network configuration;
  • Supporting the estimation process for customer migration projects.
