JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Bilingual Travel Agent, you will be responsible for helping our clients plan and book travel arrangements that suit their preferences and needs. You will be expected to provide expert advice, offer personalized recommendations, and handle all aspects of the travel booking process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and car rentals.

Use your strong sales skills to upsell services, packages, and travel insurance.

Leverage your technical proficiency to navigate booking systems, manage client databases, and troubleshoot any technical issues.

Provide exceptional customer service in both languages, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.

Use creative problem-solving skills to handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction.

Stay informed about the latest travel trends, industry regulations, and destination information.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Requisitos

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bilingual: Intermediate+ skills in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).

Technical Skills: Proficient in using travel booking software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology.

Sales Skills: Strong ability to sell travel products and services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Experience: Previous experience as a travel agent or in an office setting is preferred.

Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering top-tier customer service.

Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
